Shipping
If you would like your puppy shipped we will be happy to make shipping arrangements to your nearest airport. We ship via Northwest or Delta Airlines and the cost is normally around $225. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees. We provide the shipping crate, health certificate, transportation to the airport, and all other shipping supplies such as a toy or treats like a rawhide bone. You will pick your puppy up at the air cargo desk and pay for shipping at that time. Shipping arrangements are usually made 10 days in advance and are shipped Monday through Fridays, occasionally on weekends to some airports, but the cost may be more for this. Once we have arrangements made we will contact you with the information by phone and by email.

Alternatively, you can pick your puppy up from our home in Rock Valley, IA..
The puppies will be weaned by 5 weeks and you can pick your puppy up anytime after they are 8 weeks old. A discount may be offered if you pick the pup up at our place as it will save us arranging for shipping, crate cost, and transportation to the airport.
Vet Exam
All puppies will be examined by our vet before shipping. We guarantee our puppies against any genetic defects or disorders. If anything comes up within the first year, contact us with your vet description and we will replace the puppy.
Payment
We require a $200 deposit to hold your puppy until you pick it up or have it shipped. If you have your puppy shipped, the remainder $200. is due before we bring your puppy to the airport. The day that we receive your final payment is we will mail you the registration application, 3 generation pedigree and medical history for your puppy via postal mail. We accept a credit card payment or bank withdrawal payment through Pay Pal but if you would rather pay by check or money order please make sure that we receive it before your puppy is shipped (if paying by check allow an additional 10 days for your check to clear).
